PROMENADE GARDENS Georgetown
					Originally smaller the gardens was extended to its present size in 1884. Clearly visible from its entrancs is the oldest bandstand erected in 1897 as a Diamond Jubilee Memorial to Queen Victoria. In more recent times, a bronz statue of Mahatama Gandhi was erected.
