Business account users, who require an internet office solution, can take advantage of our corporate plan. With (5) or more dial up accounts, your subscription is discounted to $4,200.00/month. You can also add additional e-mail addresses @webworksgy.com if needed.

VACATION PLAN+

If you won't be using your dial up internet access for more than a month, but would like to maintain your e-mail address, the vacation plan is right for you. Any mail sent to your address will be stored or forwarded to an address you specify, until you get back. Customer who subscribe to the vacation plan can also read mail from our servers from anywhere in the world. Simply notify our billing department on your expected dates of departure and return, and you can opt for the vacation plan.

YEAR PLAN+

Account holders who subscribe at the normal rate for unlimited access and are prepared to make long term commitment, can take advantage of the year plan. Subcribe one year in advance get an additional month of service FREE.

Our restricted access programs allow you to easily control your internet usage and save on your monthly internet fees. Just choose the access window which matches your expected use. All programs require a registration fee and have these key elements

Pay-as-you-go is a simple, affordable program which empowers you to decide when and how much you wish to spend on your internet service. There is no registration fee and only a minimal monthly commitment. If you will use the internet for 25 hours a month or less than 1 hour each day, pay-as-you-go is right for you.

NGO Discount program

Religious organisations and NGO's can qualify for preferential pricing upon presentation of their creditials. Each application is reviewed by our account office. This discount plan cannot be combined with our netcentive award program and applies exclusively to unlimited access service.

Dedicated IP Service

Standard dial up service will randomly assign IP addresses on demand. With Dedicated IP service, a real IP (Internet Protocol) address is reserved each time your dial up account is used. A static internet IP address allows you to implement other types of internet technologies within your business

Dedicated IP service requires a one time business registration ($7,000.00), and the monthly subscription is a flat rate ($10,200.00/month).

Dedicated Dial Up Service

Dedicated dial up service means the internet is always available. If your business has mission critical internet needs, you can lease one of our access numbers for your exclusive use. Dedicated dial up service requires a one time business registration ($5,000.00), and the monthly subscription is a flat rate ($50,000.00/month).

E-mail Server

A private e-mail server sets your business apart and allows you the flexibility to choose both your e-mail name and hostname such as myname@myhost.com. You create your own e-mail directory service by creating accounts for your entire staff. Promote your business in new markets and service customers with a bold image. You can even invite subscriptions to your private mailing list. Business partners will distinguish your mail not only by e-mail name but also by company name.Your e-mail server lets you build a new corporate definition without the hassle of acquiring new hardware or hiring IT personel.

Key features

Setting up a private mail server requires an initial domain registration fee ($24,000.00), which is valid for two (2) years. The service charge is $15,000.00/month. If you already own a registered domain, there is a domain transfer charge ($3,000.00).

Office Internet Access Solutions

Need internet access for your entire office ? Simply don't have enough telephone lines ? Can't afford to deliver internet access to everyone's desktop ? Fortunately, there is technology which can solve all these issues at the same time. The first step is to connect all your machines into a local area network (LAN). Once this happens, it becomes possible to route internet traffic through your network to each participating workstation at a fractional cost.

What do you need

When a workstation joins your local network (LAN), the user will reach the internet as a network service. This will not require the user the dial-up the internet or use your available office lines. Instead, your router handles all internet traffic between your network and the ISP. You can tailor your solution for your specific requirements. For example, you can choose an analog router to service up to 25 clients on a local area network with full internet access. You can also restrict what type of internet services you would like to grant each user on your network. This solution is ideal for offices and internet cafes.

Lightning DSL

Inter.net.works Lightning DSL is broadband internet access over your standard land line phone service. Once you are located in the serving area and your phone service is tested to carry the required signals, you can subscribe for Lightning DSL service. You get a fast, always on, full time connection to the internet while your telephone service remains intact and available. That means you can answer your phone or make calls while online. Lightning DSL uses cutting-edge technologies which have a very small "footprint" to deliver your internet access. There is no major equipment or rewiring outside your premises. You simply complete a service contract to activate your service. Once your high speed DSL modem is installed, you are online.

What do you need

Your PC must have an available network card or USB port. If you wish to share your Lightning DSL on more than ONE machine on your premises, you may optionally need a network device called a hub, network cabling and a router. We can also connect your PCs using unwired technologies.

Customers with extensions on their DSL enabled number will require a line filter for each extension.

A firewall is highly recommended for any full time internet connection. Your Lightning DSL appliance will be preconfigured to protect you but you will still need to ensure that your antivirus is up to date and the latest windows security updates are installed. Your antivirus and firewall are two important tools designed to discretely check the integrity of information you acquire from the internet, and protect your data from internet threats.

When you wish to activate Lightning DSL,  please indicate the phone number (or numbers) you wish to use for your Lightning DSL service, the number of extensions on your line and the registered name (or company) for which your telephone service is held. Your request must be reviewed to determine whether service is available in your area.

Service Protection

Lightning DSL customer can subscribe to our service protection program. With service protection, we will provide restoration equipment usually within 24 hours, where a DSL equipment failure causes a disruption of service. Customers must exercise their warranty or cover the cost of any repair or replacement of their original equipment. If it is determined that a power induced failure has occurred, our technical team can visit your premises to make appropriate recommendations. Replacement equipment must be used with protected power (UPS, Surge arrestor). Repairs to be effected to restoration equipment damaged on the customer's premises, will be billed to the customer's account. The service protection plan is a monthly fee of $600.00.  The minimum term for service protection is 6 months.

Lease Option

Lightning DSL customers can opt to lease their DSL equipment. The lease program is $600.00 per month. There is a service deposit of $1,500.00. Customers are required to commit to a lease for a minimum period of 6 months. The equipment remains the property of Inter.net.works and must be used with protected power (UPS, Surge arrestor). Customers returning DSL equipment in working order within the contract period will forfeit the service deposit. Customers returning DSL equipment in working order at the end of the rental period are refunded their deposit. Customers returning damaged equipment will forfeit their service deposit and will be liable for any additional charges required to effect repair or replacement of the damaged equipment. Customers who have ended their lease and fail to return equipment will be liable up to 100% of the equipment's retail price. Customers who wish to extend their lease outside the minimum lease period will qualify for our Buy Out option.

Sharing your Lightning DSL

Your Lightning DSL can provide access to more than ONE machine. However, your machines must be networked either by ethernet wire or using unwired mobile technology. Depending on the number of machines, you may require additional equipment like a hub, switch or access point. This is a customised installation and will require a site evaluation by our technical team. Pricing for network infrastructure is based on your specific proposal and must be quoted separately. Please contact our business office if you wish to arrange for a site inspection.

Backup Dial up service

Should your Lightning DSL service fail, you must immediately contact our technical team for assistance. If a service or equipment fault is identified and remedial action is required, there will be a lead time before you can use your service. All Lightning DSL accounts are covered by backup dial up service to facilitate your access during downtime events. In the unlikely event that your Lightning DSL service is not restored within a billed month, your backup dial up service will be billed as a standard unlimited access account unless you specifically opt for an alternate access plan.

Getting your Lightning DSL account started

Starting up your Inter.net.works Lightning DSL service is easy. First, you visit our business center at 233 Camp Street or call an account representative on 225-6845. Provided you are located in the servicing area, you provide your phone service details and complete the service contract. We will need your phone number, the name (or company) in which your telephone service is subscribed and the number of  extensions on your phone. When possible, you can provide us with a second number which might be submitted as an alternate for testing. Your application is processed within 7-10 working days during which time your line is tested for service. With successful line test results, your service can be activated. Once your DSL modem is installed, your internet is ready for use. Site inspections for customed installations can be arranged through our business center.

Service Reactivation

If your Lightning DSL account is unpaid and turned off, you must reactivate your service before it becomes usable. The standard service reactivation of $6,000.00 and your unpaid monthly subscription must be covered to place your account in good standing.

General Payment Guidelines

Payments are made at our Georgetown office, in 233 Camp Street. We accept payment in cash or check, and you can opt to pay several months in advance. All checks should be addressed to "Inter.net.works". We maintain accounts at all the major commercial banks. You can ask your bank to issue a standing order for payment directly to our account. Please inform our billing department in advance, if you select the latter payement option. Payment can also be made through NBIC's Tele Direct service, GBTI's telephone banking, registered postal mail and via any Bill Express location. Please note all payment information appears on bottom of our payment reminder slip and receipts. For most of our service, payment is due by the 7th of each month. If you are uncertain about when your next subscription is due, you can call our account office during business hours 8:30 A.M- 4:30 P.M, Mondays through Fridays, and 9:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M on Saturdays. Your account status will also be available online at our account center.
