Terms And Conditions 

All subscribers are required to sign an authorization form when they pay their registration fee and their first months' subscription.  Please read all of the terms and conditions in the form before signing.

Billing is monthly unless you subcribe to one of our special payment plans. We will send you a reminder and monthly statement at the end of every month. For questions about your account, please e-mail to billing@networksgy.com.

Inter.net.works reserves the right to change its prices for all or any services covered by this agreement at any time within its absolute discretion.

Inter.net.works reserves the right to add, alter, vary, modify or change all or any of the terms and/or conditions of this agreement without prior notice to, or agreement by, the Customer.

Inter.net.works may terminate this Agreement of service without reason, upon giving not less than thirty (30) days notice to the Customer.

All payments are due on, or before, the 7th day of each month. Inter.net.works reserves the right to disable any account with unpaid charges after the 7th day that the said charge or any part thereof is due and unpaid. Any payment made later than the 15th day of any calendar month in which it is due shall be subject to a late payment charge of $1000.00. Any payment made later than the 30th day of any calendar month in which it is due shall be subject to interest at the rate of 6% (Six percent) per annum until fully paid. Any disabled account shall require payment by the Customer of a re-connection fee of $1500.00 to have the account re-activated.

• The Customer undertakes that he or she shall not (nor shall permit any other person) to use the Services of inter.net.works for any of the following:
  
• To undertake any information which is, or might be, defamatory, slanderous, obscene, abusive, threatening, offensive or illegal
  
• For an immoral, illegal or fraudulent purpose
  
• In a manner which interferes with, or adversely affects, any other service provided by inter.net.works
  
• For "hacking", or in order to gain unauthorized access to any system or database within any interconnected network
